Maintenance Services

Making good coffee depends largely on having a good and properly maintained coffee machine. After our first year of operation, we realized the troubles and frustrations associated with having to deal with the after-sales department of a company halfway around the globe. We discovered it was often hard, or even impossible, for some of our customers to get their machines serviced. That is why we established our maintenance service. We now maintain and repair all of our customers' coffee machines. In order to do this, Arabica Roasters has established relationships with leading manufacturers and maintenance centers around the world. Thanks to those contacts, not only do we possess the technical know-how to fix any coffee machine, but also we are also able to get parts in a timely fashion. In extreme cases, when the machine is unusable and cannot be repaired on site, Arabica Roasters has both large and small-scale machines that may be leased during the repair time.
