Training Services

Arabica Roasters are very proud of the quality of coffee we produce, and we want our customer to feel that every time they drink a cup of our coffee. That is the reason we offer free and periodic training sessions to all of our regular customers. We work closely with their managers and staff to train them in the preparation and presentation of the coffee. As coffee is a relatively new beverage in China, we teach them about coffee, from its roots as an agricultural product harvested in over 50 countries around the world, to the art of roasting and blending (which is Arabica Roasters' main focus) and finally, to the beverage itself. Most importantly, we introduce the importance of coffee within western culture and cuisine.

With this broader understanding comes a greater appreciation for this black liquid drink of which many are so fond. And with this greater appreciation comes greater care, and confidence in the preparation of the coffee, resulting in a consistently better cup of coffee for your customers, and increased sales.

Arabica Roasters has a fully equipped training centers in both Beijing and Shanghai. We use these facilities to work with our customers to teach them all they need to know about coffee. Our training includes lessons on preparing espresso, cappuccino, lattes, syphon pot, French press, regular brewed coffee, flaming coffees, Turkish coffee and any other coffee drink you can think of.
